The University is regulated by its charter, statutes, ordinances and regulations. With its charter and statutes, the ordinances and regulations represent the University's key instruments of governance and set out its objectives, powers and framework of governance. Ordinances and regulations are laid down by the institution and concern how the University is governed within the general framework of the Charter and Statutes.
