Rousham is situated 12 miles north of Oxford.
The records were originally deposited in the Bodleian Library by Rev CO Rhodes priest in charge of Rousham in 1977-1978. The material was then transferred to the Oxfordshire Record Office. Other material was deposited as Acc 586 in July 1965 and originally catalogued as Cott I/1
