Eliot (1888-1965) at Faber and Faber Publishers, who thanks Nicholson for his letter of congratulation and for his report on a Millom production of Eliot's Murder in the Cathedral, commenting "I must confess that I have myself lost all desire to see the play or to hear the words again, but I am delighted to know that it should continue to be successful with every sort and variety of audience".
