Enclosures were removed during cataloguing and stored in a separate folder for preservation purposes, reference EAB/1/2/4 (2 of 2). They comprise a greetings card from Wisley, 1952, press and catalogue cuttings, 1930-1952, pages from illustrated calendars, 1937-1949, postcard of Athens, undated, original pencil drawings annotated in Bowles’ hand ‘For gate at The Bush 1938’, and letter from A.G. and E. Butcher, 1946. For more details of the letter in this folder, see EAB/appendix/1.2.4

Please note this volume is closed to public access until conservation has been carried out, scheduled for 2017. Following conservation, it will remain fragile and will require careful handling. Readers will be required to wear gloves to protect photographs
