Original artwork by Ursula Moray Williams to illustrate her story 'The Silver Horse'. Illustration in yellow poster paint with India ink detail, showing the toymaker waking up in his workshop to find that his hobby horses have returned. The open top half of the workshop's stable door has been cut out, to show the head of the silver horse from the next illustration looking in through the door. The illustration is initialled 'UMW', surface-mounted on thin card and wrapped in cellophane. A pencil annotation in the top left corner identifies the illustration as number '17'. The reverse of the illustration is also annotated with the number '17' in pencil.
