Letter from H.A.T. Fairbank ('Tom') sent to the regional orthopaedic consultants. The letter makes two points, the need for orthopaedic consultants to report cases of unsatisfactory treatment previous to referral, and the extent to which arch supports were being ordered for flat-footed soldiers.
