The letter suggests that future presidents would not be able to live in the provinces but would need to move to London. Webb-Johnson praises Platt for his attempts to overhaul the administration of the College, he also suggests that there should be a special committee of management for Nuffield College, an annual meeting in London and wider distribution of financial information.
