Typescript report on visit by Platt to Region IX concerning fracture clinics, 1 August 1941. Platt visited the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital, Oswestry, and the Royal Salop Infirmary. The visit to Oswestry raised the issue of unsatisfactory arrangements for the treatment of soldiers suffering from minor injuries, an issue Platt was very concerned about.
