Comprises photocopies of annual statistics for rolling stock of the Russian railway system, 1867-1902, and of reports, statistics, articles, maps, prospectuses, and pamphlets concerning individual railways and proposed railways throughout Russia, together with miscellaneous items concerning the history of Russian and Soviet railways, 1845-1950s, including photographs of and books on Russian locomotives; and of a diary of a journey to and sojourn in Russia by Thomas Wardropper with an accompanying letter about it written to F.M. Page
