LETTER: John [?] Pratt, coll[ector]r [of excise], Carnarvon to [the magistrate] to say that Elizabeth Jones has not sold any beer at her present house by virtue of the licence granted to her on 26 October. If the magistrates will change the sign, place and parish on the certificate for the attainment of her licence; the collector of excise will change it accordingly.
