Scope and Content
Administrative / Biographical History
Cambridge University Canal Club was founded in the 1960s to foster interest in canals and related subjects. It was open to members of the university and anyone else sharing an interest in canals. The club arranged visits to places of interest, organised talks by guest speakers and held an annual dinner.
Open for consultation by holders of a Reader's Ticket valid for the Manuscripts Reading Room.
