Augmentation of water supply: boreholes including Sheraton, Clay Pool Beck, and Red Barns (South Wingate Scheme), pumping stations and boreholes including Amerston Hall, NCB, ICI, and Crookfoot Reservoir; Tees Valley and Cleveland Water Board Bill; water supply pollution concerns re Foot and Mouth disease effects, 1967, Langley Beck water abstraction re Avinco Coal Reclamation Project licence application, and refuse tip proposals; magnesium limestone water resources including Castle Eden Colliery; alleged depletion of Claxton Farm supply and possible arbitration case; ICI proposals including underground storage reservoir.
