The data contains information on boys and girls born on the first three days of each month (approximately 10 percent of the pupils). It includes information such as evacuation during the Second World War; living with own mother; occupation of father or guardian; age of mother; number of persons per room in home; height,weight and certain specified disabilities (e.g.epilepsy) The record was made on an extended schedule called the random sample sociological schedule. The data was also collected for all twins-525 pairs.
