To Gordon and Emily Bottomley

Scope and Content

Gordon Bottomley was a poet, dramatist, close friend of Edward and proof-reader for him.

Letters and postcards, with some annotation and several separate notes by Bottomley.

The letters were deposited in the library of University College Cardiff in 1940.

A manuscript list, compiled perhaps soon after the deposit in 1940, and another typescript list of [1968?] is held with the collection. The letters are numbered on the list 1-240, omitting a postcard of 29 Oct 1902, which is now missing.
