Hardback folders

Scope and Content

Two hardback bindings with paper removed, used as folders to hold walking notes. One was the binding for 'Matthew Johnson: Poet' by Robert Elliot, marked in ET's hand 'Icknield Way... Thetford to Warminster'. A Librarian's note inside indicated that the folder had contained letters received by Edward Thomas from his children, now at 424/1/1/2/4. The other binding marked in ET's hand 'February 1913. Petersfield to Southampton, Southampton to Dillybrook, Dillybrook to Broughton Gifford, to Wells, Glastonbury, Broughton to Salisbury', 'Canfield, Essex', and 'March. To Christchurch'.
