Mortgage from (1) Richard Worthington, late of Salford, now of Manchester, gent., Richard Worthington, eldest son and heir of the above to (2) George Kenyon of Salford, esq.

Recital: lease and release, 9 and 10 November 1720. Property: messuages, burgages and tenements in or near Hanging Ditch, Manchester; tripartite indenture of assignment of lease, 21 November 1720; indenture 24 February 1720 and lease 23 September 1699, part of a messuage comprising 4 bays of building in the east end at the end of Backsalford in the manor of Pilkington, and other property containing about half a rood of land; assignment of mortgage 22 December 1718; account settled 25 March 1722. (2) loaned to (1) £183 12s 4d, plus a further £56 7s 8d, at the rate of interest of £5 per cent.
