Bargain and sale with feoffment from (1) John Bexwicke of Drogheda, within the kingdom of Ireland, gent., to (2) Margrett Bowker of Manchester, widow, in consideration that (2) will keep and maintain Ann Bexwicke, mother of (1) and pay for her burial when deceased.

Property: one messuage, burgage or tenement in the street St Mary's Gate in Manchester, now in the occupation of John Seddon, and the one shop in St Mary's Gate, now or late in the occupation of William Kenion, taylor, and the one chamber in St Mary's Gate, now or late in the occupation of Ellen Worsley. Annual rent: 5d.
