Photocopy of a lease of Tyddyn keven y Croeshuber in the township of Keven y Croeshuber [Cefncroesllwybr?] in Montgomeryshire, 1638.

Photocopies of a plan, sale particulars, abstract of title and other papers regarding the Talacre Estate. The China and Earthenware Millers Ltd features as one of the parties as well as Sir Edward Mostyn and Sir Pyers G. J. Mostyn. A reference is made to the manor of Picton and Axton, Flintshire.
