The Company of the Way

Scope and Content

A group of female adherents of the aims of the Community of the Resurrection, originally called the Company of St Andrew, later the Company of the Way, and subsequently the Company of the Resurrection. Ft. Talbot served as chaplain to the Company for many years and these papers contain addresses made by him at gatherings of and retreats by members of the Company between 1921 and 1949, mostly at Oxford. The file also includes declarations of the aims of the Company and of two similar societies, the Pathfinders and the Company of the Vine
