Commonplace book of a clergyman, c. 1723, 18 folios. The book is bound in a portion of a contemporary deed mentioning Ichabod Tipping. Its contents include an abstract of a lease of land in Camberwell, 1707 (fo. 17), and a note concerning Mrs Anne Tipping, 'Sister Tipping', and her estate (fo. 7). Fos 11-18 are written in reverse.
