Labour CND was formed in 1979 and has continued since then to promote support for nuclear disarmament within the Labour Party. It has done this by enlisting support for this amongst Labour Party and trade union members and organisations. Labour CND comprises supporters of the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND) who are also members of the Labour Party.

The Labour CND archive has been preserved in the original arrangement used by the depositor.
This collection was deposited in the Centre by Carol Turner on behalf of Labour CND in February 2004.
