Chalgrove is situated in south-east Oxfordshire, approximately 10 miles south east of Oxford.
This collection was originally deposited with the Bodleian Library, before being transferred to Oxfordshire Archives in the early 1980s. Further records were deposited as Acc 3299 in Acc 4107 in June 1996, Acc 4753 in June 2000, Acc 4878 in July 2001, Acc 5084 in November 2002, Acc 5555 in July 2006 and Acc 6688 in Recatalogued in August 2006 by Hannah Jones with additions by Alison Smith in December 2018.
