John Arthur Ruskin Munro (1864-1944) was Rector of Lincoln College, Oxford, and an archaelogist and historian.
Two volumes of lectures by J.A.R. Munro, consisting of:
- Lectures on aspects of Greece in the sixth century BC
- Lectures on the history of Athens, in the form of biographies of nine Athenian statesmen
The volumes were given to the Library by Mrs M.C.N. Munro in 1967.
