The second Vatican Council was convened by Pope John XXIII in order to seek a degree of unity between the various divisions of the Christian church
Most of the reports are from the sessions on liturgy and ritual. The other material includes publications of the International Committee on English in the Liturgy, and of bodies related to the World Council of Churches
