7 German moral and religious treatises, incomplete, in a variety of hands. [1]-[6] were apparently once bound together.
[1] Title-page only, 'Christliche Sitten-Lehr: oder [Kunst] recht und gut zu leben', translated from French by E.F.A.F.G.V.S., 1701.
[2] 'Unterrichtungen und Gebetter dem Opfer der h. Mess recht bey zu wohnen und theilhafftig zu werden', apparently incomplete.
[3] 'Der des hoffleben ersttigten Christ', apparently complete.
[4] Loose sheet, two columns of numbered paragraphs, unconnected and in different hands, on moral conduct.
[5] Part of a moral treatise, title and perhaps first pages missing. It begins 'Die forcht Gottes ist der Anfang der wahren weiaheit'. This is followed by '2 articles. Den Geist und Vernunft regiren [sic]'; '3 articles. Hertz und begirden zu regiren'; 'Die Zung [sic] zu regiren'; and 'Anderer Theil des Rath der Weissheit', incomplete.
[6] Short treatise, beginning 'Vorrede. Aus allen Theilen der Weltweissheit ist die allerschnste die Sittenlehr'.
[7] Summary of a history of Mary Queen of Scots, headed 'Heinrich u[nd] Maria Stuart'.
