Archive Awareness: Dig for Victory!
This year's Archive Awareness campaign is a three-month-long promotion of celebratory events across the UK and Ireland.
During November 2004, the Archives Hub offered the chance to win a Book Token or Garden Token by completing the crossword. The winner, who chose the Garden Token, was Mary Betts-Gray. The prize draw has now closed, but you can still have a go at the crossword just for fun!
Archive Awareness: there are hundreds of exhibitions and events up and down the country, including the Birmingham Institute of Art and Design, the University of Dundee, the University of Nottingham, and an exhibition at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.
On display at the University of Dundee is material relating to landmarks such as the Dundee Law and the Sidlaws, including sketches of wild plants.
