Correspondence with Press and news cuttings concerning the Sesquicentenary Appeal. These are:

  • "£75000 Appeal for Royal Asiatic Society" from the Daily Telegraph, 28 October 1972.
  • Letter from Michael Wolfers, The Illustrated London News, to John Hansman to return photographs from the Queens's visit as they would not be featuring those but to inform they would feature the Jami al-Tawarikh manuscript in the coming months, dated 2 March 1973.
  • Letter from Magnus Linklater, Sunday Times Magazine, to Robert Skelton to state that they would not be featuring an article on the Royal Asiatic Society, dated 23 August 1973.
