22 typed and handwritten letters to Sibyl Ward from friends and colleagues. Also includes a letter from Sibyl Ward, with a note reading ‘Broadhead’s Cigarette to be smoked on his return from the war. Sat July 17th 1915.’ With a later note added reading ‘Mr Broadhead never came back’, inside the envelope was a cigarette and a programme for Sibyl Ward’s recital at Hasluck’s Academy. There are also press cuttings and programmes relating to recitals at Hasluck’s Academy.
