Images of Tom Taylor:

Artistic and photographic portraits of Tom Taylor. Notable materials include:

• Print of etchings of Tom Taylor, Robert B. Brough and Michael William Balfe, uncredited and undated.
• Small colour painting of Tom Taylor by Alfred Bryan, undated.
• Copy of a painting presented to the Sunderland Subscription Library by Laura Taylor after Tom's death, dated 1880.
• Small black and white photograph of Taylor in his later years, signed by him on reverse. Undated.

Portraits of others:

Postcards and photographs of friends and actors, including Ellen Terry, Charles Reade, Tom Heslewood and Henry Irving. Most are inscribed on reverse. Dated items range from 1871 - 1882.
