  • A set of notes written in five spiral-bound notepads concerning a projected work (or works) of fiction.
  • Notes (5 sheets), typed by Ballard, concerning a projected publication based upon conversations with his physician, Professor Jonathan Waxman. Together with a covering note (1 sheet) by Fay Ballard.
