Includes: correspondence on Lee's award of Membership of the Order of the British Empire; correspondence and programmes of Foyle's literary lunches, including the lunch of 16 Mar. 1956 at which Lee was awarded the William Foyle Poetry Prize; a menu for dinner in 1957 in honour of Robert Frost signed by Robert Frost, and Lee's place card with notes by him, Arthur Waley, Isaiah Berlin and others; his and others' membership of Garrick Club; his membership of Chelsea Arts Club, with a draft of an appeal for funds; half the cheque for £1000 received by Lee on winning the W. H.
