Scope and Content

It would appear that these tickets were collected by members of the Glasgow branch. Venues include London, Glasgow, Willerby, East Yorkshire, Hull, Liverpool, Plymouth, Manchester and York.

They are for a range of events including Annual and Celebratory Dinners, Civic Receptions, Mansion House Luncheon (1969) and Afternoon Tea (1977), Women of the Year Luncheon (1979), opening of the Marine Society, Thanksgiving service to mark 125th anniversary of The Missions to Seamen (1981), merchant Navy World War II Service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving (1995).

Many of the invitations are named and some contain contact details.
