Annual General Meetings (AGM)

Contains minutes and supporting papers from AGMs. Some minutes for AGMs can also be found in U DPY/1/2. Material relating to the Open meetings held after the AGM also included, such as copies of speeches to members from invited guests and advertising notices. AGMs have been held in a number of locations, including Bristol, Newcastle and Birmingham.

Due to confidentiality lists of attendees with their signatures have been removed from their original locations and placed in a separate file which is currently closed (U DPY/1/3/13).

Access will be granted to any accredited reader. However, some material in this sub-series contains personal or sensitive information and is not available for public inspection for 75 years. This is in accordance with Section 1 (Principles 1, 2 and 7) of the Data Protection Act 1998. Access will be granted to any accredited reader, except for those items containing information on named individuals which may be restricted in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
