There is a list of Trustees on the first two pages of the book. The foundation of the Trust is detailed in this book, with details about the handing over the premises to the Trust. Most of the minutes in this book are a summary of money coming into the Trust and money leaving the Trust. This money is usually in the form of grants or donations to other groups or organisations. Some letters requesting money are also included in this book alongside the minutes of their discussion. Some minutes are a summary of what to do with property that belongs to the Trust, which was usually let out. Some minutes from the meetings deal with legal matters such as insurance policies.
