Refers to a letter from Brooke of the 2nd April, mentioning ‘bad news’ to be told to his brother, presumably referring to Desmond Milligan. Refers to his inability to contact Sally Holloway and mentions he is going to Australia on the 10th May. Ends by giving Brooke permission to choose the cover for the book ‘Startling Verse’, as Milligan himself will no longer be involved in this decision.
