TS letter, undated, from ‘Sir Eugen Millington-Drake’ to Milligan reagarding the inclusion of a signed copy of ‘Adolf Hitler: My Part in his Downfall’ in the Macnaughten War Memorial Library at Eton. Describes the purpose of the library and mentions an enclosed memorandum about it. Outlines how he wishes Milligan to sign the book. Three MS annotations in blue, presumably by Millington-Drake, ordered as follows: 1. separation of “a” and “relatively”2. “and I must congratulate you on your [illegible]; 3. “Yrs sincerely, [signature]”. MS annotations in black by Milligan: “File Nic[u?] (crossed out) and “File Adolph Hitler I”. On A4 headed paper of Sir Eugen Milligton-Drake, with the address of the ‘Palazzo Taverna’, Rome, but TS underneath this shows that this particular letter was sent from the Ritz Hotel, London.
