Includes an account of College plate and a list of bursars compiled by William Vesey. The accounts covering the building of the Chapel in 1629-1631 were not listed there, indicating that they were missing from College by 1720. This covers the period 1628-34 inclusive.
Dr Mark Kirby suggests that Lincoln sent these accounts to Bishop John Williams at Westminster Abbey, and they were destroyed in the Westminster Abbey Library fire in 1694. Separately, St John's, Cambridge, sent him their accounts for the library for his review (see Victoria County History for Cambridge).
