Scope and Content

Summarises his work in aeronautics and lists 27 main contributions, with appropriate reference to publications. Refers to his unsatisfactory relations with the Nation Physical Laboratory and asks that no one connected with that body should advise the Minister on his claim. Note on the circumstances of his removal from the Advisory Committees for Aeronautics, with comments on the attitude of both Bairstow and Glasebrook. Lists of the members of the Committee before and after his removal.
