Manuscript notes (incomplete) in Phyllis's hand recalling her childhood, school education, the reasons for her decision to attend Bedford Physical Training College, and Winnifred West's invitation for Phyllis to become headmistress at Frensham School. The notes are accompanied by a cassette tape on which Phyllis Bryant reads through her notes and also provides an account of the hockey tour to Australia in 1927 and how she came to teach at Frensham School (duration: 00:17:08). The reminiscence notes and recording were produced for 'Frensham Review' in November 1993.
