London Colney Nursery School II

A manuscript report submitted by Patricia Blanchard, Eileen Dash, Margaret Griffith, and Angela James during their first year (1960-61). The report concerns a visit to the school in London Colney on 10 November 1960 and contains a plan of the school, descriptions of the school and its organisation concerning administration, meals and health, details of the daily routine, description of equipment and play materials, and observations of children. The report is illustrated with a b/w photograph of children playing out of doors, b/w and colour picture cuttings from magazines and samples of artwork from children.
