Has just finished reading "The Wandering Years" and wanted to write and tell Beaton how much she enjoyed it. His descriptions of Auntie Jessie particularly struck her as she remembers her well. Has lost touch with the family since her father's death a few years ago. Reading Beaton's book revived all sorts of memories. Would like to hear from him if he can spare the time to write.
Jacqueline Smith. Autograph letter signed to Beaton, from Petersham, Surrey.
