Romanofir SAR , thread manufacturers and spinners, Talmacin, Romania was in existence between 1936 and 1939 , with mills in Talmacin, Romania. In 1936 , the company entered into a contract for å£10,000 with Kerr & Co Ltd , cotton manufacturers and selling agents, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland, whereby Kerr & Co Ltd supplied complete working drawings for the erection of buildings and purchased and supervised the erection of plant and machinery in Romania.
