      Vol. 2 of 2 bound vols. 19x8.3 cm. ii, 36 fols. Originally bound in contemporary brown card wrappers (now in slipcase with volumes) and sewn on 2 hide bands. Rebound by Fiona Anderson, March 1986, in brown leather with gold border and lettering. Both volumes in 1986 maroon cloth slipcase with associated documents. See binder's note tipped in at end of vol.
