20 letters of James Graham, 1st Duke and 4th Marquis of Montrose, to Alexander Hume-Campbell, 2nd Earl of Marchmont and 1 letter to Hugh Hume-Campbell, 3rd Earl of Marchmont.
Notes by H.G. Farmer and others on front endpaper and fol. 45.
Incorrectly described by Farmer as letters to Lord Polwarth.
