Bond in £300 reciting a deed of marriage settlement of equal date between Edmund Price, Howel Lloyd of Trawsfynydd, gent. and John Lloyd of Maentwrog, gent. of the one part and Robert Edward Humphrey and David Humphrey of New College Oxford, MA of the other part, whereby the said Robert Edward Humphrey and David Humphrey convey the messuage and lands called Gerddi Bluog to the said Edmund Price etc. in consideration of £120, and in trust for the use of Morgan Price, son of Edmund Price and Elizabeth, daughter of Robert Edward Humphrey whose marriage is contemplated.

The said E.P. now binds himself, in the event of Elizabeth dying within the next 20 years without issue by Morgan Price, to reconvey the premises to R.E. H. upon repayment of the £120
