Scope and Content

Four volumes of newspaper cuttings relating to the National Eisteddfod of Wales held in Swansea, Llangollen, Colwyn Bay and Bangor in 1907, 1908, 1910 and 1915. The cuttings have been taken from The South Wales Daily News, The Carnarvon and Denbigh Herald, The Liverpool Daily Post, The Manchester Guardian, The Liverpool Echo, The London Star, The Daily News, Y Genedl Gymreig, The North Wales Chronicle, The North Wales Pioneer and The Times.

Two volumes of newspaper cuttings taken from Y Genedl Gymreig of articles on Caernarfonshire folklore by John Jones, also known as Myrddin Fardd, 1908 February - 1909 February.

Volume of newspaper cuttings taken from Yr Herald Cymraeg of articles on the history and antiquities of Anglesey by Richard Parry, also known as Gwalchmai, 1911 - 1912.
