Little biographical information regarding Rev. T. D. Parry was available at time of compilation of description. He appears to have had a connection with Rhostryfan in Caernarfonshire and to have intended to write a biography on Richard Powell.
Richard Powell, 1753-1795, of Ysbyty Ifan, Denbighshire was a poet and schoolmaster.
