EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: Ann Roberts, Mary Samuell [lodginf house keeper] and Edward Owen [police officer] in the case v. James and Harriet Johnson accused of stealing a shift and a cape. value 4/6d., property of A.R. Deponent A.R. says she had bought the cape from H.J. for 1/6d; the shift she had made some months previously. Both were missed from the lodging house they were all staying at after the accused left.

1) Charge Sheet of J.J. and H.J. in the above, to which they plead guilty.

2) Summary Conviction of J.J. and H.J. at The Valley.

Each of them to be imprisoned in Beaumaris House of Correction for fourteen days hard labour.
