James and Harriet Johnson accused of stealing a shift and a cape. value 4/6d., property of A.R. Deponent A.R. says she had bought the cape from H.J. for 1/6d; the shift she had made some months previously. Both were missed from the lodging house they were all staying at after the accused left.
