LETTER: Rob. Wynn to his cousin Francis Edwards, Esq., Penheskin, Anglesey, enclosing papers which explain how far Edwards is concerned in the Penmynydd benefaction. The writer suggests that the best thing would be to invest the money and divide the interests between them all. He asks also for an account of the £20 of the poor's money which Mr. Hampton received from Mr. Owen and apparently delivered to Mr. Francis Bulkeley without taking a bond for it.
