Evan Lloyd, curate of the Perpetual Curacy and parish church of Amlwch and John Price esq. and Richard Edwards, churchwardens and the said John Price and William Hughes, gent. of the Mona and Parys Mine companies and other whose names are subscribed for the consecration of the new Church at Amlwch built using voluntary contributions of the companies.
